Terms & conditions

Booking requests

Submitting the booking form sends a request; it is not a confirmed booking. We review each request and confirm or decline it. You can follow the status on the tracking link you receive.

Prices

Prices shown on the website are starting prices. The final fare depends on your route, dates, number of travellers and car, and is agreed with you before we confirm the trip. No payment is taken on this website.

Your details

Please give accurate contact and trip details. We may decline requests we cannot verify.

Changes and cancellations

See our cancellation policy.

Travel conditions

Mountain roads can be affected by weather, landslides, snow and government restrictions. Routes and timings may change for safety; your driver's decisions on safety are final.
